Requirements
Must:
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Bachelors degree required
- Over 10 years of IT experience, including design, analysis, and implementation of large-scale, complex data architectures
- At least 5 years of experience in evaluating, architecting, and building AI and Generative AI tools
- Act as a central facilitator to assist the organization in understanding current drivers and challenges
- Support Business Development by maturing strategic solutions and aligning them with client needs
- Ability to create a roadmap that connects architectural capabilities with the organizations data challenges
- Hands-on experience working with developers to deliver solutions and provide client-facing support
- Strong communication skills to convey technical solutions to various stakeholders at different leadership levels
- Experience mentoring data engineers, establishing best practices, conducting code reviews, and helping teams grasp the business value of solutions
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment while leveraging advanced design and engineering best practices
- Expertise in building solutions that utilize data to enhance business insights, inform operational decisions, and aid performance management
- Familiarity with Data Management and Architecture concepts, Data Warehousing, and Big Data tools
- Experience with Azure and AWS Cloud-native data and AI technologies
- Proficient with platforms like Databricks, SnowFlake, Palantir, and other large data systems
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contributor in our high-performing team, aiding in product discovery through data expertise
- Merge technical, business, and client needs into achievable objectives
- Drive the completion of identified objectives and oversee technical project delivery
- Identify challenges and areas for improvement in processes, organizational practices, and technical innovation
- Guide cross-functional team members in implementing solutions and delivering enhancements
- Share best practices and solutions with our clients to improve strategic initiatives and meet enterprise requirements
- Cultivate interest and buy-in for strategic improvement opportunities and execute on the collective vision
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders by communicating technical solutions effectively
