Requirements
Must:
- Current TS/SCI clearance and PR; must be willing to undergo a polygraph
- Bachelors Degree in a technical field
- Experience in DoD cyber, electronic warfare, information operations, SIGINT, or Multi-Domain Operations; familiarity with military or intelligence community activities at the Echelon 2 level or higher
- Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and related artifacts
- Background in DoD 5000 series acquisition project or program management
- Proven ability to create and present briefings for senior leadership (General/Flag officer, SES)
Responsibilities
- Compose formal acquisition and transition documents, including Statements of Work, Technical Direction Letters, Technical Transfer Agreements, formal engineering requirements, system test plans, Interface Control Documents, and Concepts of Employment (CONEMP)
- Collaborate with Naval SYSCOMs, TYPECOMs, and operational forces both domestically and internationally
- Plan, manage, advise, and coordinate with OPNAV staff, combatant commands (CCMDs), component commands, and subordinate levels to facilitate operational force integration of compartmented experimental material and non-material capabilities
- Draft, review, and present technical input for sensitive operational planning elements
- Assess and recommend modifications to security classification guides and related documentation
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual status reports for diverse audiences
