Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst or functional lead with multiple Agile teams
- Strong capability in converting business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Demonstrated experience guiding projects from concept through to delivery and implementation
- Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence platforms for solution development
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively
- Experience in process enhancement, documentation, and workflow efficiency
- Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, data engineers, product owners, CX members, etc.)
- Practical knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Must possess the ability to acquire and maintain Public Trust Clearance
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and more
- Manage and uphold product backlogs, ensuring that requirements are clear, prioritized, and actionable
- Lead the process of requirements gathering, analysis, change management, and continuous delivery
- Contribute to overall project success by engaging in daily operational tasks and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Assist in planning and executing user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm the functionality meets user needs
- Contribute to mandatory monthly contractual deliverables as required
- Collaborate with various team members and skill sets within the data team to support solution design and project implementation
