Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of three years of experience leading the transition from single SCRUM to multiple team scaled Agile processes
- Current SAFe Practice Consultant Certification
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, coordinate, and deliver training courses, methods, and techniques aligned with various Agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe Agile, Kanban, and others
- Train teams on Agile methodologies and supervise the development of Agile teams to ensure effective outcomes
- Guide teams through the implementation process and encourage all personnel to adopt Agile practices
- Communicate complex information confidently and create clear directions and instructional materials for Agile teams
- Operate standard network tools related to Agile teams
- Develop suitable curriculum for diverse audiences and provide training as necessary
- Identify gaps in technical skills and Agile maturity among team members and utilize feedback to enhance processes
