Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of three years of experience using JIRA to manage ceremonies and document sprint activities
- Ability to create and deliver training sessions on JIRA best practices for users and management
- Familiarity with Agile facilitation tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Bachelors degree along with a minimum of 4 years in product or project development, or 3 years in Agile project development, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Proven experience in facilitating meetings across various organizational levels, with a solid grasp of facilitation techniques
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Certified Scrum Master designation
- Strong commitment to promoting and exemplifying Agile values and principles
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching abilities
- Knowledgeable about Agile frameworks or methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management practices
- Skilled in refinement, story splitting, estimation, and sprint techniques
- Capable of planning and problem-solving in collaboration with product management and delivery teams
Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide the Scrum Team on Agile practices to ensure quality product and service delivery
- Enhance team performance by identifying strengths and growth opportunities and applying effective coaching methods
- Ensure comprehensive understanding and adherence to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines among the team
- Support the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillsets, and effective communication
- Collaborate with the Scrum Team and various stakeholders to influence decision-making and support project teams
- Address and resolve team impediments alongside other Scrum Masters to maximize the effectiveness of Scrum adoption
- Partner with Agile coaches and fellow Scrum Masters for personal and team development
- Contribute to the enhancement of Agile practices within the organization
- Facilitate and support all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Serve as a leader who coaches and empowers Agile teams
