Requirements
Must:
- Active DoD Secret Security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelors Degree with 8 years of pertinent experience
- In-depth knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) physics, Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), and radar principles
- Capability to communicate technical requirements clearly to vendors and stakeholders
- Outstanding multitasking skills and ability to manage various project streams concurrently
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective reporting
- Proficiency in analytical tools
Responsibilities
- Conduct threat analysis by monitoring and assessing global UAS trends, loitering munitions, and swarm technology
- Evaluate the components of the C-UAS kill chain, including detection, tracking, identification, and mitigation methods
- Develop and enhance Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for C-UAS integration within existing multi-domain command and control frameworks
- Prepare comprehensive intelligence reports and technical briefings for senior military leaders and stakeholders concerning C-UAS capability shortfalls
- Assist in field testing new C-UAS hardware and software, offering analytical feedback on system performance across various conditions
- Collaborate with engineers, intelligence agencies, and industry partners to establish future C-UAS procurement requirements
- Participate in technical incident responses and security assessments
- Provide knowledge transfer and support to team members and clients
- Perform additional duties as required
