Requirements

- TS/SCI clearance
- Current SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or ICAgile Team Facilitation Certification (desired)
Responsibilities
- Execute Scrum methodologies throughout the product lifecycle
- Guide teams in implementing Agile practices and adhering to team rules
- Facilitate the progress of the product team towards its goals
- Lead and conduct Agile meetings, including team scrums and sprint planning sessions
- Remove blockers and challenges to ensure team efficiency
- Promote quality Agile practices and foster a high-performing team environment
- Coordinate efforts with other teams to enhance collaboration
- Support ROM and estimating activities, providing constructive feedback
- Advise government personnel on incremental improvements for products and processes
