Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Information Systems Management, or a related STEM discipline
- Over 2 years of experience in project administration, support, or control
- DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+CE), active or to be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and O365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience in project management encompassing planning, requirements, financial management, documentation, client reporting, quality control, and scheduling
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the capability to assess costs and benefits to determine the best action
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to professionally engage with a diverse range of stakeholders from peers to executives
Responsibilities
- Generate internal ECS and external client reports
- Develop briefings and presentations
- Record and distribute formal meeting minutes
- Manage and track risks, issues, and action items
- Oversee Maintenance Window ticket management and post-reporting
- Provide account management and user support
- Offer short-term, high-priority project management support and coordination
- Manage Atlassian Jira tickets and maintain documentation in Confluence
- Assist in project management tasks such as drafting charters, gathering and documenting requirements, scheduling, tracking milestones, and peer-reviewing deliverables
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Capture and manage metrics and statistics
- Provide daily operational support as requested to Team Lead, Project Managers, technical SMEs, and Leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned
