Requirements
Must:

- Outstanding presentation skills applicable to both team meetings and larger classroom environments.
- Proficient in simplifying technical concepts, principles, and policies into clear and effective learning materials.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
- Creative and proactive problem-solving abilities when developing training and communication resources.
- Exceptional written communication skills—ensuring clarity, effectiveness, and grammatical accuracy.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining established governance and quality standards.
- Motivated to gain fluency in program subject matter, applying knowledge and insights in training materials.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Confluence, SharePoint, Adobe, Jira, and virtual meeting tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong time management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the technical team to identify training opportunities.
- Work with subject matter experts to convert application tool capabilities into end-user training.
- Create training materials such as courses, user guides, checklists, presentations, and videos.
- Conduct training sessions for various application tool user groups and internal teams.
- Monitor the user community to assess training needs.
- Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve performance metrics.
- Partner with developers to showcase proof of concept and other prototypes of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with technical writers to assist in documentation creation.
- Identify any scope gaps and conduct performance assessments.
- Participate in all relevant meetings to deepen understanding of application tool processes and functionalities.
- Facilitate tabletop exercises to enhance training outcomes.
