Requirements
Must:
- Basic understanding of electronics
- Patience and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Good organizational skills
- Familiarity with common PC software, including Microsoft Word and GMail
- Openness to travel and provide onsite customer assistance
Helpful, but not mandatory:
- Practical experience in installing, repairing, or troubleshooting electronic devices
- Knowledge of facility-level power systems
- Experience in construction or interaction with industry professionals
- Proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Interest in sports, particularly their rules
- Comfort with heights

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers who purchase, install, or use our equipment
- Respond to incoming calls from customers seeking assistance with product issues
- Follow up on customer cases and pending orders
- Engage in various projects within and outside the department
- Participate in training sessions to deepen understanding of our products and internal processes
- Occasionally visit customers to offer onsite support and services
