Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience and expertise in automated testing methodologies, frameworks, tools, and best practices
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and JavaScript
- Demonstrated experience in testing APIs
- Familiarity with mocking external dependencies and exploratory testing methodologies
- Exposure to Agile methodologies in software development and a passion for them
- Strong client-facing abilities, partnership skills, and presentation experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Capability to synthesize diverse business requirements and propose realistic, practical solutions
- Bachelors degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent education/experience
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions between leadership, clients, and developers to identify and document functional requirements
- Create and document test plans to ensure comprehensive testing of application code
- Develop, document, automate, and execute test cases to validate project teams application code
- Gather and analyze business information related to procedures, data, and processes to clarify requirements
- Drive QA strategy and research, implement, and refine QA tools, processes, and best practices including metrics and analytics
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery that meets client satisfaction
