Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on technology
- ServiceNow Administrator Certifications, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, ITIL foundations
- Over 6 years of experience with ITSM solutions in an enterprise setting
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, integration, and administration
- At least 10 years of experience working in a team of developers
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including AngularJS), XML, SOAP, REST, Jelly, etc.
- Experience with databases like MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
- Familiarity with integrating internal and external systems/applications, such as Zoom, Box, OKTA, Active Directory, and Workday is a plus
- Experience in providing training on ServiceNow functionalities and ITIL processes
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies relevant to the ServiceNow platform
- Strong comprehension of complex business requirements and ability to adapt solutions accordingly
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management
- Proven leadership skills with the capability to influence others
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standards and practices for maintaining the architectural integrity and performance of the ServiceNow platform
- Evaluate incoming demands against the platforms architecture, capabilities, and best practices
- Guide the design of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on integration and performance considerations
- Assess architecture and solution designs in alignment with business objectives and ServiceNow best practices
- Analyze business requirements to configure, develop, and enable capabilities within the ServiceNow platform
- Prototype solutions to accelerate deployment
- Lead and participate in the development and configuration of various areas, including Service Portal, Service Catalog items, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Configuration Management (CMDB), HRSD, VR, and Reporting/Performance Analytics
- Conduct code walkthroughs with team members while establishing coding standards and reviewing code for accuracy and functionality
- Explore alternative solutions, select the optimal option, and drive its implementation
- Provide guidance regarding configuration and coding standards
- Support ServiceNow version upgrades
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve identified ServiceNow system issues
