Requirements
Must:
- Profound knowledge of blockchain principles, prevalent vulnerabilities, and the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)
- Familiarity with developer tools for smart contract application developers (e.g., Hardhat, Foundry)
- Enthusiasm for collaboration with fellow developers, security auditors, and stakeholders to ensure the integrity and security of smart contracts
- Robust testing expertise and experience with testing frameworks for smart contracts
- Background in production deployments of complex protocols and associated security audits
- Proficient at collaborating with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, partners, and community members
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and security assessments of intricate staking, slashing, EigenPods, and reward distribution contracts
- Develop tools, fuzzers, and formal verification pipelines to detect vulnerabilities proactively
- Engage closely with protocol researchers and core engineers to reinforce new features from the ground up
- Analyze, interpret, and enhance formal verification specifications, amending them to ensure alignment with protocol intent and to capture essential security attributes
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams to define the on-chain strategy and roadmaps, contributing to the creation of a transformative paradigm for permissionless innovation
