Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise in cybersecurity technologies and NIST/CMMC frameworks, with experience in delivering technical education
- At least ten (10) years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, training, and course development
- Bachelors degree in computer technology or a related field
- Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA
- Outstanding communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert consulting on cybersecurity strategies, metrics, and compliance
- Regularly engage and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to assess training needs and evolving business requirements
- Assist in the creation of CMMC cybersecurity assessment-related training materials
- Provide subject matter insight on governance, oversight, standards, processes, tools, and technology to ensure IT systems align with clients cybersecurity and risk needs
- Conduct thorough assessments of management, operational, and technical security controls within IT systems, evaluating their overall effectiveness
- Verify that requirements and deliverables meet expectations, ensuring promised outcomes
- Design and implement sustainable risk management and compliance structures, reporting findings to senior stakeholders
