Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Lead product design from initial concept to final execution across web platforms.
- Simplify complex workflows into seamless and intuitive user experiences.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-quality designs utilizing Figma.
- Maintain and enhance our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver pixel-perfect UIs.
- Conduct usability tests and integrate findings into design iterations.
- Represent user perspectives in product and roadmap discussions.
- Ensure designs are accessible, efficient, and aligned with our brand identity.
