Requirements
Must:
- 4 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex public-facing systems
- 2 years of experience in testing web applications
- Proficiency with defect-tracking or defect management tools such as JIRA
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in testing
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from various functional teams
- 4 years of experience as a Java/Web application tester (preferred)
- 4 years of experience testing across multiple browsers, web services, back-end processing, and data validation (preferred)
- Experience in mobile testing, system testing, data migration, data integrity, and data transformation testing (preferred)
- Knowledge in backend database testing on SQL, PostgreSQL, or other enterprise database systems with experience in writing complex SQL queries (preferred)
- Experience in testing complex healthcare systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with industry standard Quality Assurance practices for Agile and Iterative SDLCs, testing methodologies, version control systems, implementation, and deployment activities (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on complex public-facing systems
- Test and validate web applications to ensure functionality and user experience
- Utilize defect-tracking tools like JIRA to manage and report issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback
- Maintain meticulous documentation of testing processes and results
- Perform testing across various platforms, devices, and web browsers
- Engage in mobile, system, and data-related testing as needed
- Execute backend database tests and complex SQL query validation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for Quality Assurance throughout the development process
