Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Application Developer, with a proven track record in understanding and translating complex business processes into effective technical solutions.
- Extensive expertise in full stack development, including hands-on knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Oracle, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Solid front-end development experience using Angular, React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Deep knowledge of Microservices architecture and cloud platform deployment.
- Comprehensive understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web service integration.
- Significant experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with message queuing systems such as IBM MQ or similar technologies.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and thriving in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
- Robust background in DevOps practices and tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Maven.
- Proven knowledge of modern security protocols and authentication frameworks, including OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, and JSON Web Tokens (JWT), with hands-on experience in implementing secure identity and access management solutions.
- Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) with practical experience in automated testing frameworks such as JUnit and Selenium.
- Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, able to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working well in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications utilizing Java (Spring Boot) for the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue for the frontend.
- Lead the creation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Java-based technologies.
- Collaborate extensively with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive full-stack solutions that align with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with various third-party services and platforms.
- Create responsive, user-friendly UI components using modern front-end frameworks, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Actively engage in DevOps practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and automated testing.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work collaboratively within an agile development environment.
- Analyze, document, implement, and test software solutions based on well-defined user stories managed through Jira.
- Ensure precise and timely time tracking for billing and reporting purposes.
- Work alongside product owners to comprehend and define complex business processes, converting them into effective technical solutions.
- Identify recurring issues and patterns across applications to design reusable, scalable solutions that minimize redundancy and enhance maintainability.
- Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to team members, ensuring continuity and shared understanding of developed solutions.
