Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of practical experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or applied AI with production deployments.
- Strong expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, LangChain, LangGraph, etc.) and SQL.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Proficient in data acquisition, ETL pipelines, and feature engineering utilizing APIs, cloud storage, or databases.
- Skilled in using FastAPI to serve models as microservices.
- Familiarity with building and managing MLOps pipelines using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and their respective ML/AI services.
- Knowledgeable in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), model validation, and experiment tracking.
- Familiarity with vector databases for semantic retrieval or RAG.
- Comfortable participating within Agile/Scrum teams including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Proven track record of transitioning AI/ML models from prototype stages to full production and continuously refining them.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions to tackle complex business issues, transitioning data to production.
- Conduct data acquisition, feature engineering, model development, LLM integration, deployment, and subsequent optimization.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, program managers, and cross-functional Scrum teams to deliver scalable and impactful AI capabilities.
- Align AI initiatives with organizational objectives to maximize business outcomes.
