Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of pertinent experience in a technical or business role
- Ability to collaborate with business partners across different functions to align technology solutions with business goals
- In-depth knowledge of a business sector to address ongoing challenges effectively
- Support for several moderately complex business processes
- Experience working on various projects as a team member, with occasional leadership responsibilities
- Capability to mentor junior team members
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business counterparts to ensure technology aligns with business strategies
- Utilize expertise to troubleshoot and resolve ongoing issues within the business area
- Assist in managing several moderately complex business processes
- Contribute to multiple projects, sometimes taking the lead on specific initiatives
- Mentor and guide less experienced staff as needed
