Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in the Information Technology sector within the hospitality industry, focusing on system integrations.
- Familiarity with standard hotel systems, including but not limited to Property Management Systems, Reservation Systems, Sales and Marketing systems, as well as Credit Card and security solutions.
- Highly organized, self-driven, detail-oriented, analytical, assertive, and results-focused individual.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily project operations and resource allocation.
- Take ownership of complete project life cycles from initiation to deployment for multiple customer implementations at once.
- Create and effectively manage the project plan, timeline, and budget compliance.
- Provide regular updates on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and challenges, communicating effectively with leadership.
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships and clear communication with internal subject matter experts and clients.
- Analyze and report on post-project success criteria, including metrics, and handle test and deployment management activities.
