Requirements
Must:
- Authorization to work in the United States is required; we cannot sponsor work visas.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software engineering, systems engineering, technical program management, or similar roles.
- Bachelors degree or higher in computer science, engineering, physics, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong foundational knowledge in software engineering with practical experience in Python, C++, or related programming languages.
- Proven experience in deploying, integrating, or maintaining complex technical systems, preferably in safety-critical or highly reliable environments.
- Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional programs and engage technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete deployment of our safety platform, including configuration, integration, and onboarding within intricate customer systems.
- Work closely with customer teams to comprehend autonomy architectures, data flows, and safety procedures, translating them into actionable strategies.
- Design and execute data pipelines, APIs, and integrations essential for operationalizing the platform.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges across software, infrastructure, and system interfaces.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and safety teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and scale effectively.
- Create standardized processes, documentation, and best practices to enhance customer onboarding and streamline deployment efficiency.
