Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Possess a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Reliable means of transportation for commuting
- Availability to work specified days and hours
- No illegal drug use
- Preferred: Associate degree
- Preferred: Over a year of successful experience in an office setting
- Preferred: MCP or other Microsoft certification
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and knowledgeable customer support to achieve desired performance outcomes
- Coordinate tasks among service, management, and administrative teams
- Manage pest control scheduling, including regular and extra services
- Follow up with customers to assess satisfaction levels
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable pest control solutions to close sales
- Provide back-up administrative support in the absence of staff
- Maintain efficient communication flow among customers, technicians, and teams
- Make collection calls for overdue amounts as necessary
- Report serious issues to management and ensure effective resolution
- Document service activities and produce summary reports
- Assist with phone answering during high call volumes or administrative absence
- Participate in training meetings and assist in training new Customer Service Representatives
- Utilize IT and software programs effectively, guiding others as needed
- Complete additional tasks as required and be available for Saturday work
