Requirements
Must:
- Post-secondary diploma and relevant industry experience
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record
- Willingness to travel to the US for training and meetings
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 55 pounds at chest height
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in engineering or chemical technology
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn internal business systems
- Prior experience demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred
- Previous refinery or petrochemical experience
- Background in water treatment or specialty chemical industry

Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing service support to Sales Representatives in key district accounts to implement customer assurance and continuous improvement strategies.
- Assist Sales Representatives with assessments of potential customers facilities.
- Support Sales Representatives in the initiation of new applications for current and prospective clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the strategic district accounts for effective service delivery.
- Offer technical assistance to customers by identifying and addressing their challenges, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Engage in problem-solving activities through system analysis, data interpretation, and formulating written recommendations to optimize customer operations.
- Conduct support tasks including sample testing, basic maintenance, customer service, generation of service reports, chemical ordering, inventory management, and general labor activities.
- Actively promote innovations and technologies within the strategic district accounts to enhance support to District Sales Representatives.
