Requirements
Must:
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP Business One (development, configuration, or implementation)
- Strong understanding of ERP-driven processes in manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and finance
- Experience integrating SAP B1 with third-party systems, particularly Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a strong asset
- Solid comprehension of data structures, system integration, and process automation
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable SAP solutions
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP Business One SDK, SQL, or advanced reporting
- Successful history of transitioning spreadsheet-based processes to ERP solutions
- Experience in a rapidly growing or changing business environment
- Familiarity with PLC data structures or MES platforms
Responsibilities
- Strengthen our existing SAP B1 implementation across various departments including sales, purchasing, inventory, financials, production, and MRP
- Develop reports, dashboards, queries, and alerts that facilitate informed operational and financial decisions
- Automate workflows to reduce manual entries and enhance efficiency
- Oversee the integration of SAP B1 with external systems such as our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Create and manage data mappings, interfaces, and validation controls
- Ensure a reliable, real-time data flow across all organizational areas
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into SAP solutions
- Standardize data definitions and processes across various departments
- Establish SAP B1 as the single source of truth for all users
- Clean up, migrate, and normalize data within inventory, orders, costs, and financials
- Identify and address opportunities for ongoing system and process enhancements
- Document configurations, integrations, and workflows comprehensively
- Train and empower internal users for long-term success
