Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Active Directory or Azure Entra
- Proficient in MS Office programs and Office 365
- Knowledgeable in Windows 10/11 and MacOS operating systems
- Familiar with Android and iOS mobile operating systems
- Adept in networking principles
- Capable of troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level support to employees for general technology, software, and hardware needs
- Handle tier 2 escalations from IT Service desk technicians
- Enhance the knowledge base by creating and maintaining documentation
- Follow up with staff, offering feedback, and ensuring resolution of issues while escalating as necessary
- Assist in the setup of employee workstations, adhering to Easy Ice protocols
- Familiarize yourself with various company platforms and support end-user training
- Update software on computer workstations as required
- Ensure accurate recording, documentation, and closure of support tickets
- Repair and troubleshoot hardware such as workstations and printers
- Manage inventory levels and track equipment
- Assist with general IT tasks including data entry, analytics, and shipments (inbound/outbound)
- Exhibit leadership by mentoring junior staff members
