Requirements
Must:
- Over 4 years of experience in product management within a consumer technology company
- A solid technical foundation, preferably in payroll software or financial services
- Strong analytical abilities to make data-driven product decisions and enhance key performance metrics
- Proven product/design acumen demonstrated through successful launches of innovative products
- Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with executive leadership and other stakeholders
- Deep empathy for users with experience in developing products tailored to their needs
- Creative problem-solving skills to address complex challenges with innovative solutions
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the vision for a new product area
- Effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes to team members, stakeholders, executive leadership, and customers
- Lead a diverse group of engineers, designers, and data analysts to develop and enhance impactful customer experiences
- Take full ownership of a business area and drive both financial performance and customer satisfaction
- Foster a fast-paced environment that encourages product iterations and growth
- Oversee a cross-functional team to build and scale product offerings
