Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 9 years in product management or related roles, or 4 years with a post-secondary degree
- Proven experience with design thinking and agile methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong track record in product strategy formulation and achieving revenue goals
- Exceptional listening and execution abilities
- Background check clearance
- Experience with financial services and alternative data for risk modeling (for data-specific roles)
- Familiarity with API ecosystems (REST, JSON, XML, Swagger, YAML) (for data-specific roles)
- At least 5 years in analytics, model building, or data engineering (for data-specific roles)
Responsibilities
- Lead the cross-functional team in identifying and addressing customer pain points
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive product vision and strategy
- Integrate customer feedback into the design and development of products
- Collaborate with marketing, research, and tech teams to devise innovative solutions
- Ensure adherence to risk management protocols and compliance standards
- Work closely with technology teams to define product requirements and user stories
- Uphold the integrity and confidentiality of all systems and data
- Drive the successful launch and ongoing improvement of multiple products
