Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience, or a post-secondary degree with at least 4 years of related experience
- Strong comprehension of payment ecosystems and cross-border remittance models
- Familiarity with emerging digital asset and stablecoin use cases
- Capability to translate complex regulatory and technical constraints into understandable product requirements
- Experience in regulated environments with expectations for high availability and security
- Proven track record in design thinking and agile development methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Passion for creating and delivering outstanding products
- Experience setting product strategy, roadmap, and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent listening and execution capabilities
Responsibilities
- Serve as the product champion, evaluating and determining product features for customer delivery
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to understand and address customer pain points
- Articulate product strategy and vision across various products within the enterprise
- Advocate for the customer perspective in the product design process, incorporating feedback into actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with marketing, research, analytics, and development teams to devise practical solutions in a cooperative setting
- Ensure compliance with risk and security controls and adherence to regulations
- Develop the product vision and roadmap for digital asset-enabled cross-border payment capabilities
- Lead end-to-end discovery and delivery of cross-border payment solutions, managing upstream and downstream dependencies
- Work alongside Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to meet regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
- Design global payment flows that balance customer experience and risk considerations, including error handling and transparency
