Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or suitable equivalent experience
- At least 4 years of experience in data analytics, data quality, or a data management role
- Familiarity with Early Warning products, services, and regulatory requirements or similar experience in the financial services industry
- Proven client-facing or project management experience with strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in data aggregation and informed decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exhibiting a self-driven learning approach
- Adaptability to prioritize tasks effectively and work with urgency
- Ability to simplify complex technical information into comprehensible business language for key stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients within our Client Data Management team
- Initiate and oversee client data projects, ensuring they meet defined scopes and timelines
- Train and guide Client Data Contribution Analysts, offering support with non-standard project issues
- Evaluate internal operating rules and technical requirements for accuracy and compliance
- Lead onboarding, training, and mentorship for new Customer Implementation & Support team members
- Manage multiple client data projects, utilizing our CRM tool to maintain documentation and task management
- Oversee all project phases, from discovery to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide project updates and escalate concerns when necessary
- Facilitate smooth project transitions to standard operations, maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, business analysts, and project teams for comprehensive data assessments
- Guide projects to ensure high-quality client dataset contributions and adherence to technical standards
- Assess data contribution and quality issues, collaborating with clients to implement resolutions
- Test and coordinate new data transmissions and mappings, troubleshooting as needed
- Transition data quality projects to remediation efforts as required
- Execute acceptance testing and quality assurance for data contribution projects
- Initiate client data audits, analyzing results and facilitating collaborative solutions
- Investigate root causes of data contribution problems and lead remediation efforts
- Evaluate data quality and propose actionable improvements
- Recommend policy and process enhancements to better serve clients
- Support the development of internal processes to enhance customer data contributions
- Ensure adherence to security policies, maintaining data confidentiality, integrity, and availability
- Contribute ideas for improving automated tools and methods for customer support and analytics
- Support compliance with internal policies and procedures
