- Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline. - At least 4 years of progressive, relevant experience in data analytics, data science, or business analytics is required. - We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work autonomously while being a trusted team member. - Passion for conducting deep data analysis and employing statistical methods to reveal significant insights. - Quick learning ability, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to address issues and implement process enhancements. - Demonstrated business acumen with an understanding of business priorities, goals, and strategies—ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to organize, analyze, and communicate complex data-related matters effectively. - Strong organizational skills, adept at multi-tasking, and managing several projects to meet various deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with data manipulation tools, particularly SQL and Python. - Solid understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) for creating impactful reports. - Proven ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences both verbally and in writing. - Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data integrity. - Background check and drug screening required.
