Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, integration tools, and data migration processes.
- Experience with managed packages and third-party Salesforce components.
- Skilled in Salesforce development tools such as VS Code, SFDX, Git, CI/CD, etc.
- Knowledgeable about Salesforce products and features including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and Einstein Analytics.
- At least one Salesforce certification.
- Understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of Salesforce development projects, from requirements gathering through to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Lead the design and execution of complex Salesforce solutions, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Supervise code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
- Ensure adherence to internal and industry-standard security, governance, and performance guidelines.
- Provide technical direction and constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of inclusion and innovation.
- Collaborate with engineering managers, product managers, business analysts, and end users to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem and assess new tools and frameworks for future use.
- Uphold the companys commitment to risk management and safeguarding the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
- Execute additional tasks as directed by supervisors as needed.
