Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 7 years in risk management, preferably in financial services or regulated industries - Knowledge of frameworks, regulations, and standards related to cybersecurity and technology risk - Required certification in one of CISA, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC, CGEIT, GSNA, or GCIH, or ability to pursue certification within the first 12 months - In-depth understanding of operational risk programs - Excellent communication skills for articulating complex risk matters - Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities - Proven ability to drive change in a dynamic environment - Strong relationship-building capabilities - Background and drug screening required

Responsibilities

- Oversee second-line operational activities in cybersecurity and technology risk - Collaborate with risk domain owners to clarify risk/control requirements - Produce and manage periodic reports on cybersecurity and technology risk assessments - Ensure regulatory exam readiness and provide centralized oversight - Lead the collection and review of examination and audit requests - Conduct quality control during technology-related assessments - Perform targeted assessments across various technical domains - Act as an advisor to first-line leaders, balancing oversight with business objectives - Work with cross-functional teams to synchronize risk management practices - Deliver timely feedback to enhance first-line risk management and accountability
