Requirements
Must:
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven full-stack proficiency in contemporary backend and frontend technologies
- Experience deploying and maintaining production systems
- Strong skills in system design and architectural considerations
- Ability to take charge of ambiguous and complex challenges
- Comfortable working collaboratively in person with engineering, product, and leadership teams
- Passionate about developing software that impacts real-world operations
- Willingness to travel to venue locations as necessary
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale AI-powered systems that automate venue operations
- Develop and implement scheduling and staffing solutions
- Optimize guest flow and utilization of bays/courts
- Create dynamic pricing models and promotional strategies
- Establish monitoring systems with alerts and exception handling
- Build backend services and APIs utilizing C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server
- Construct real-time and event-driven systems using SignalR, webhooks, and background jobs
- Design frontend experiences with Ionic Angular, Capacitor, and Tailwind CSS
- Integrate AI elements using LLMs and agent-based workflows to facilitate autonomous decision-making
