Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory; Associates or Technical degree in IT/Computer Science is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting iOS/iPadOS and cloud-based applications.
- At least 3 years of experience in a dedicated IT Support or Help Desk position, with experience supporting a global/remote workforce being a significant advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of macOS and iPadOS is required.
- Strong analytical abilities with a knack for understanding hardware or software faults as a debugger.
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Okta, Jamf, or Kandji.
- Highly organized with a background in international shipping/customs related to electronics or a keen willingness to learn.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept at clarifying technical solutions to non-technical individuals.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 support via phone, email, and chat for the complete suite of Ezderm applications (EHR, Practice Management, Kiosk App, and Patient Portal).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues related to iPads and peripheral devices such as scanners, cameras, and printers within a clinical setting.
- Act as a liaison for product feedback by documenting and escalating platform bugs and performance issues to both Product and Engineering teams with detailed reproducible steps.
- Support the management and troubleshooting of third-party integrations (e.g., Labs, E-Prescribing, Billing Clearinghouses) to maintain a smooth data flow.
