Senior SAP Quality Management Consultant

In this position, I will rely on you to engage with clients and internal teams, ensuring successful project delivery. Regular travel may be necessary to meet with clients, allowing you to strengthen relationships and better understand their needs. Key responsibilities will include: - Interacting with business stakeholders to assess business models and processes. - Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they align with business needs. - Working with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. - Strategically designing and prototyping SAP QM (Quality Management) solutions while leading discussions on functionality that supports informed decision-making. - Conducting comprehensive system demonstrations to showcase SAP’s standard capabilities and ensure stakeholder acceptance, while identifying any functional discrepancies or specific client needs. - Interpreting and converting local business needs into corresponding system configurations, ensuring that SAP setups meet customer objectives. - Developing detailed functional specifications that clearly communicate business requirements to bridge the gap with SAP's capabilities. - Collaborating effectively with developers to translate functional specifications into technical documents and support the development of technical designs. - Performing field and value mappings associated with data conversion initiatives. - Demonstrating the newly configured system features to stakeholders once development is completed. - Providing support and expertise during testing activities, addressing any specific issues identified. - Creating training materials that incorporate requirements and delivering end-user training or ‘train the trainer’ workshops as per planned schedules. - Offering critical support post-system go-live to promptly address and rectify emerging issues, ensuring seamless business operations. - Exhibiting strong technical proficiency and understanding of business processes to contribute to project success. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams on integration points with other systems to ensure seamless alignment across various components.
