Must:
We require candidates to possess a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, management of information systems, accounting, finance, or a related discipline. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is essential, although we are open to considering candidates with fewer years of experience who demonstrate strong potential. Key qualifications include:
- Proficiency in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), encompassing analysis, planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration design patterns, microservices development, and middleware platforms including integrations and application programming interfaces (APIs).
- Understanding of Azure cloud services and deployment methods.
- Experience with implementing and optimizing data structures for efficient data management in applications.
- At least 2 years of software development expertise in Python and front-end technologies (Angular or React preferred).
- Ability and readiness to travel as necessary and work beyond standard hours when needed.
- Access to reliable transportation for commuting to EY offices and client sites is expected; a driver's license is highly recommended as rideshare and public transport may not be feasible everywhere.
Responsibilities
As an Applications Systems Engineer – AI Developer Senior, my role is to develop and deploy AI-enabled solutions. I will collaborate across various teams and industries to address complex challenges, enhancing audit efficiency and quality. My responsibilities include:
- Integrating AI technologies to elevate audit service delivery and tackle client issues.
- Crafting user-focused applications that blend business insights with technical expertise.
- Formulating software strategies informed by industry trends and best practices.
- Analyzing the AI and automation market as well as examining competitor landscapes.
- Designing intricate integration strategies and assessing system integration initiatives.
