Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles is preferred
- Fundamental knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and common software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is an advantage
- Diploma or certification in IT, computer systems, or a related field is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical assistance for hardware, software, and networking issues
- Respond promptly to help desk tickets, emails, and phone inquiries
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems for end users
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Assist with user account setups, password resets, and access management
- Document issues, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex technical problems as needed
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure system functionality
