Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. - Over 5 years of practical experience in implementing and supporting MECM and Adaptiva in extensive enterprise settings. - Active Secret security clearance. - DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+). - Proven expertise in managing MECM infrastructure, collections, deployments, and reporting. - Experience in integrating and operating Adaptiva OneSite within MECM environments. - Strong knowledge of Windows Server platforms (2012–2025) and core services such as Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS. - Experience with Windows imaging, task sequences, driver management, and OS lifecycle support. - Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management. - Excellent documentation skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise MECM environments to facilitate endpoint configuration, patch management, and lifecycle oversight. - Configure and optimize Adaptiva OneSite to improve content distribution effectiveness and endpoint performance across diverse locations. - Develop, test, and deploy software packages, updates, and patches using MECM and Adaptiva tools. - Create and sustain task sequences for automated operating system installations, upgrades, and refreshes. - Ensure compliance of endpoints with organizational security protocols, standards, and configuration guidelines. - Diagnose and rectify MECM and Adaptiva challenges, including client health, content distribution, and deployment failures. - Create and manage PowerShell scripts to automate endpoint management, reporting, and other operational tasks. - Produce and update technical documentation regarding system configurations, procedures, and operational workflows. - Generate, analyze, and present reports related to software rollouts, compliance levels, and overall system health.
