Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree in electronics, mechatronics, chemistry/chemical engineering, or a related field; a Bachelors degree in chemistry/chemical engineering is preferred.
- Relevant experience with C/N combustion analyzers is a significant advantage.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with skills in troubleshooting and instrumentation repair.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software applications.
- Capability to deliver first-line technical customer support via phone and email.
- Dependable and self-driven, able to work independently as part of a team.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Offer technical support to customers through phone and email channels.
- Generate support tickets in our CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups on open issues.
- Escalate technical problems to second-tier support when necessary.
- Provide remote diagnostics assistance using TeamViewer and other tools.
- Carry out repairs and prepare loaner equipment as needed.
- Assist field service engineers by dispatching parts and tools when required.
- Specialize in support around our combustion analyzers, focusing on carbon, nitrogen, and sulfur solutions.
