Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Superintendent
- Proven experience on data center projects
- Strong electrical background
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents
- In-depth knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Exceptional organizational abilities for project management
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing team members
- Solid business acumen and relationship-building capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Proficient with basic computer applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Willingness to travel or relocate for future projects as needed
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and field teams on-site
- Uphold project safety standards in line with our Safety Policy
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to oversee the project timeline and budget
- Prepare two-week forecasting schedules
- Update project schedules using scheduling software
- Assist in the selection and procurement of subcontractors
- Coordinate field activities of subcontractor teams
- Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and engineers
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and submitted on time
- Comply with all company policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Create opportunities for team development and growth
- Cultivate positive relationships on the job site
