Software Systems Integrator Specialist

- Manage configuration of CRM and PMS platforms for new properties and transitions - Activate and conduct QA on integrations across various platforms, including ILS feeds and social media - Oversee access permissions, routing rules, automations, and data mapping - Perform QA and UAT testing pre- and post-launch - Keep updated change logs, configuration documentation, and release notes - Act as the primary technical contact between integrated platforms - Open and manage vendor support tickets until resolution - Monitor service level agreements and provide status updates - Ensure precision in data mapping and overall integration health - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for property management systems - Create quick reference materials, operational documents, and instructional videos - Conduct ongoing training sessions for on-site and corporate teams - Track technology adoption and address knowledge gaps - Enhance data quality and streamline workflows - Identify and address recurring technical issues - Assist with quarterly system audits - Promote the use of new platform releases and feature updates - Oversee the intake, prioritization, and resolution of system issues - Manage request prioritization based on business impact - Maintain organized routing rules and consistent UTM tracking - Diagnose integration failures and data synchronization problems
