Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics CRM, including Sales, Marketing, Services, and Case Management
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 focusing on advanced customizations and integrations
- Strong proficiency in the Power Apps ecosystem, such as Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate
- Familiarity with Power Portal, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions
- Advanced skills in creating Plugins, Workflows, and .NET applications
- Expertise in JavaScript, Portal architecture, and Ribbon customization
- Ability to implement API integrations effectively
Responsibilities
- Design and construct digital products and tech solutions for both clients and internal staff
- Perform user needs assessments and roll out new features accordingly
- Conduct automated testing and oversee deployment procedures
- Integrate both functional and non-functional requirements while maintaining digital standards
- Guarantee the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions
- Develop and sustain monitoring practices for solution observability and overall production health
- Handle incident resolution and mitigate risks
- Serve as a client advocate and a technical resource
- Engage in knowledge sharing and promote a strong engineering culture
