Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience delivering hands-on technical support within corporate settings
- Familiarity with desktop operating systems, business applications, and hardware diagnostics
- Understanding of IT service management software and ticketing platforms
- Strong documentation capabilities with an emphasis on detail and adherence to procedures
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical information
- Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week in our San Diego office
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person technical assistance for end-user hardware, software, and connectivity challenges
- Set up and oversee desktop and laptop devices, including imaging, provisioning, and decommissioning
- Assist with peripheral devices such as monitors, docks, and audio-visual equipment
- Manage hardware repairs and warranty services in collaboration with vendors and internal teams
- Keep precise asset inventory through effective tagging, tracking, and regular audits
- Diagnose and resolve operating system and application-related problems across the organization
