Requirements
Must:
- Over 4 years of experience in CI/CD engineering with proven expertise in GitHub Actions
- Proficient in container technologies and skilled in scripting languages such as Python, Go, PowerShell, and Bash
- In-depth knowledge of GitHub Enterprise capabilities and Actions architecture
- Familiarity with artifact repositories, code quality management tools, and dependency management
- Demonstrated success in migrating development tools from on-premises to SaaS solutions
- Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals and networking concepts (TLS, proxies, DNS)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and a strong automation mindset
- Proven ability to implement DevOps best practices at an enterprise level
- Experience with AI-driven DevOps automation, various programming ecosystems, cloud platforms, and contemporary observability tools

- Design and optimize GitHub Actions pipelines utilizing reusable workflows and composite actions
- Oversee enterprise self-hosted runners and enforce security best practices
- Develop efficient CI/CD workflows incorporating automated testing and artifact management
- Create and publish Docker/Podman containers in enterprise repositories
- Deploy containerized workloads in serverless environments with adequate monitoring
- Automate infrastructure provisioning by applying Infrastructure as Code principles
- Lead transitions from on-premises developer tools to cloud or SaaS solutions
- Configure artifact repositories, code quality gates, and manage dependencies
- Establish monitoring, incident response, and uphold organizational DevOps standards
