- Extensive, demonstrable understanding of the Salesforce product lineup – fluent across multiple clouds including Sales, Service, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and at least one Industry Cloud
- Established ability to cultivate and supervise a portfolio of enterprise accounts, securing multi-year client engagements with consistent revenue growth
- Proficiency in consultative client interaction – capable of leading discovery sessions, architecting solutions, and delivering presentations to executive decision-makers

Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of key enterprise clients in the West Coast region. Foster deep, multi-dimensional partnerships within client organizations from practitioners to C-suite to identify growth opportunities, enhance retention, and demonstrate the enduring value of the Salesforce platform. Monitor and evaluate pipeline health, forecasting precision, and revenue progression across the portfolio

Convert intricate business challenges into persuasive, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Industry Clouds, and emerging AI capabilities. Lead or contribute to business development efforts, RFP submissions, and senior executive meetings to accelerate pipeline development and increase our footprint across selected sectors
- Work alongside sales leadership to project and analyze performance across West Coast sectors and quota zones. Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize accounts, recognize at-risk relationships, and guide resource allocation decisions that promote sustainable growth
- Act as a mentor and exemplary figure within the client-facing team. Share insights on Salesforce product strategy, consultative sales methods, and industry insights. Assist team members in enhancing their client interaction competencies, building confidence in technology discussions, and advancing their careers within the ecosystem
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the rapidly evolving Salesforce landscape, particularly regarding the transition from assistive AI copilots to autonomous Agentforce agents and the role of Data Cloud in integration.
