Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or a related IT support role
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and popular business applications
- Strong grasp of computer hardware, peripherals, and networking basics
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and follow-through
- Demonstrated customer service abilities with a talent for conveying technical concepts clearly
- Capacity to operate efficiently in a distributed team environment while adhering to established SLAs
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding end-user support by diagnosing and rectifying hardware, software, and network issues promptly
- Carry out the installation, configuration, and upkeep of computer systems, peripherals, and office infrastructure
- Manage hardware inventory including the procurement, deployment, and lifecycle tracking of IT assets
- Maintain server room infrastructure and monitor environmental conditions to ensure optimal system functionality
- Implement and document IT procedures while complying with security protocols and regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve intricate technical issues and execute effective solutions
