Requirements

Must:
- 6-10 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or a closely related field - Proven ability to independently deliver complex cybersecurity consulting projects - Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with a focus on business development or revenue generation - Knowledge of common frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, GDPR) - Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to listen intently, frame issues, and convey value without being aggressive - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; capable of presenting to both technical and executive audiences - Good understanding of commercial implications and how cybersecurity risks affect business outcomes - Self-motivated with the capability to oversee multiple projects and priorities at once - Team-oriented collaborator who can work seamlessly with various internal departments - Proficiency in simplifying complex technical concepts into relatable business recommendations - Genuine passion for emerging technologies and the changing threat landscape Nice to have: - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001, or similar - Experience in a specific industry sector (e.g., financial services, healthcare, critical infrastructure) - Established network of decision-makers within the industry

- Lead comprehensive cybersecurity consulting projects covering risk management, security architecture, compliance, and incident response - Create and present top-quality deliverables, including assessments, roadmaps, strategies, and executive reports - Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including CISOs and C-level executives - Supervise junior consultants on project teams to ensure quality and promote knowledge transfer - Actively seek and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, referrals, and direct engagement - Conduct consultative discovery discussions that position our services as optimal solutions for client security challenges - Develop customized proposals, statements of work, and presentations in partnership with internal teams - Represent the company at industry conferences, panels, and client briefings - Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with current clients, acting as their primary point of contact - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts, collaborating with sales and technical teams - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address risks that could impede retention and expansion - Maintain a clear and updated pipeline of opportunities and provide regular forecasting updates
