Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in Data & AI consulting or delivery
- Demonstrated success in nurturing and expanding client relationships with a strong understanding of business dynamics
- Proven experience leading intricate data analytics projects and initiatives, with a focus on revenue generation and value enhancement
- Capability to work at both strategic and operational levels, enhancing client value and supporting delivery teams
- Solid comprehension of data platforms, analytics, AI, and modernization trends; hands-on experience with leading data analytics technologies
- Effective communication skills to engage both technical and business audiences
- Experience overseeing comprehensive data analytics project delivery, including solution design and technology selection
Responsibilities
- Establish trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, serving as a primary advisor and engagement lead
- Provide strategic insights in Data & AI, assisting clients in shaping their analytics initiatives and pinpointing opportunities for value enhancement
- Actively promote the adoption of six essential services: Data & AI platform development/support, AI use case execution, modern analytics, business process automation, and data modernization
- Expand and nurture key strategic accounts, aiming for annual engagements of $5-10M
- Seek out and secure strategic opportunities within a varied portfolio of regional accounts
- Support and educate business unit and development teams in identifying and sourcing new opportunities
- Collaborate with business teams and senior leadership to co-create account strategies and plans for growth and client satisfaction
- Lead intricate transformational projects, taking on roles as solution architect, consultant, program manager, or engagement leader as required
- Oversee and contribute to strategic outputs like strategy documents, target operating models, solution visions, and roadmaps
- Maintain a hybrid work arrangement, with up to 30% travel to client sites and EPAM offices
