Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in Data & AI consulting or service delivery
- Demonstrated success in developing and enhancing client relationships, showcasing strong business insight
- Experience overseeing complex data analytics initiatives, with a proven record of generating revenue and creating value
- Capability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, contributing value to clients and assisting delivery teams
- In-depth knowledge of data platforms, analytics, AI, and modernization trends; hands-on experience with key data analytics technologies
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Background in comprehensive data analytics project delivery, including solution design and technology selection
Responsibilities
- Establish trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a primary advisor and engagement leader
- Provide strategic guidance in Data & AI, assisting clients in defining their analytics priorities and pinpointing value creation opportunities
- Actively promote the adoption of six core services: Data & AI platform development/support, AI use case implementation, modern analytics, business process automation, and data modernization
- Cultivate and expand key strategic accounts, growing engagements to $5-10 million annually
- Pursue and secure strategic opportunities across a varied regional account portfolio
- Empower and inform business unit and business development teams to recognize and source new opportunities
- Collaborate with business teams and senior leadership to co-create account plans and strategies focused on delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
- Lead intricate transformational projects, acting as a solution architect, consultant, program manager, or engagement leader as necessary
- Own and contribute to essential strategic deliverables, such as strategies, target operating models, solution visions, and roadmaps
- Maintain a hybrid work arrangement with up to 30% travel to client locations and EPAM offices
