Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes orchestration platforms like AKS or EKS, along with a strong understanding of containerized infrastructure and cloud-native architecture
- Proficient in chaos engineering tools such as LitmusChaos and Azure Chaos Studio, with a proven track record in building and maintaining structured test suites
- Familiarity with Istio service mesh for traffic management, observability, and resilience setup within microservices environments
- Practical knowledge of LitmusSDK, Azure Management SDK, Chaos SDK, and Kubernetes SDK
- Demonstrated capability to perform HA/DR testing and function independently with minimal supervision across complex multi-environment cloud platforms
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee chaos engineering tests utilizing Azure Chaos Studio, analyze platform architecture to pinpoint failure domains and enhance system resilience
- Maintain and upgrade existing LitmusChaos test suites across Kubernetes environments, ensuring consistent accuracy and coverage across all platforms
- Develop comprehensive testing frameworks by integrating LitmusSDK, Azure Management SDK, Chaos SDK, and Kubernetes SDK to automate and scale chaos experiments
- Lead high availability and disaster recovery testing efforts across all environments, operating independently to validate readiness for high availability and disaster recovery
- Establish and standardize chaos engineering methodologies across AKS and EKS platforms, facilitating scalable and repeatable resilience practices throughout the organization
- Integrate AI-driven functionalities into the chaos engineering pipeline to allow for touchless experiment creation, automated execution, and continuous validation
